What the plans include
Silver includes conversation, games and activities, family updates and a family video call each visit. Gold includes everything in Silver, priority scheduling, walks and social engagement, and technology assistance. Platinum includes everything in Gold, personalized activity planning, flexible scheduling and enhanced family communication.
Choosing the right frequency
Discuss the person's interests, routine and preferred times with Trish. Five, ten or fifteen visits can provide different amounts of social time across a month; the schedule depends on availability and the arrangements you agree on.
Outings and transportation
Any transportation or outing costs should be discussed before booking. Share where the visit will take place and which activities are planned so the arrangements and costs are clear.
Service boundaries
These are non-medical social companionship plans. They do not include nursing or medical treatment or replace home health professionals.
